ONE: Don’t miss the boat.
: Remember that we are all in the same boat!
: Plan ahead. It wasn’t raining when Noah built the Ark ..
: Stay fit. When you’re 60 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.
: Don’t listen to critics; just get on with the job that needs to be done.
Build your future on high ground.
: For safety’s sake, travel in pairs.
: Speed isn’t always an advantage. The snails were on board with the cheetahs.
: When you’re stressed, float awhile.
: Remember, the Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by professionals.
: No matter the storm, when you are with Peace and tranquility, there’s always a rainbow waiting.

Mrs. Bertolet shared an article that her daughter had shared with her.  Now we would like to share it with YOU.

Noah’s Ark Preschool staff are dedicated to not only the well being of your child but for your family.  If there are concerns or questions you may have, please feel free to talk to your teacher or the director.  We may be able to point you in the right direction for resources, support, or just a listening ear with a caring heart.

Noah’s Ark Preschool’s Candidacy has been officially accepted by NAEYC.  Meaning we move on to the last step of the process.  We will now wait for a visit by an assessor from NAEYC, who will assess our preschool, staff, portfolios, surveys, and so much more.

Please pray for patience and strength as the staff continues to tidy up our processes and procedures.  Each age level has created a portfolio with evidence of meeting the highest standards of early childhood education and care.  Feel free to view them at the preschool.

MILD heart attack

Valentine‘s Day was an eventful day in my life.  After tightness in my chest, arms, and jaw, I underwent an angiogram at 41 years old.  Luckily my test was clear of blockage and narrowing, Prasie Gad!  With an official mild heart attack behind me I am looking forward to cardiac rehab, new medications, a healthier diet, and less stress (that will be the hardest one).

I am blessed with so many thoughtful families and friends.  Calls, cards, flowers, and dinner, all so generous and kind.   My family appreciates your support in the past crazy week.

Now to look forward and get back to the classroom with the 3 year olds.  They renew my heart everyday.
